picnic on the lake

thank you for looking!  it's now cold and dreary here.

October in New-England.

it's so amazingly beautiful that I can't help but share these very cliché photos of Autumn in New England.
This was from our afternoon walk.

splash

A cheap point and shoot and polaroid water case can be so much fun!  I have been taking the kids to the pool every week, and I have to stay within a 3 foot range of Dyllon who has no fear but doesn't know how to swim yet.  An hour of swimming can be very long, but I managed to snap a few photos.  This is Noa and Dyllon splashing while the life guard is wondering what I am doing!

thank you In Beauty and Chaos for featuring this photo on your blog!

a walk to the river

a beautiful Autumn day, a walk to the river.

my old Yashica, pretty light and a roll of portra 400.  developed in the kitchen sink :-)

another outing

to Old Sturbridge Village.

We went to see the Sleigh rides but the event was cancelled due to warm weather, the snow had almost melted.  We hope to make it again for the sleigh ride on a very snowy day.  It was so nice to have warm day.

The kids were still recovering from a bad cold, but we could't stay inside on such a gorgeous day.

a lot of photos, but we want to share our experience with our cousins on the other side of the pond, and I know they enjoy them!
