one my favorite things about christmas in Wales were the mince pies (after the christmas pudding with brandy sauce, of course).  So i made my own mince pies this year.  They turned out delicious.  Nana gave me the easiest recipe ever for the pastry (200gr of flour/100gr of butter/a few spoons of water) and I found some mince meat in the English aisle.
